Communications
All communication with artists and fellow staff is expected to be prompt and professional. Email, phone, and text are all appropriate methods of communication.
Emailing
General Guidelines
During the training process: Emails sent to your Plaid Dog address require a 24 hour response, Monday through Friday.
Once full time hours begin: All emails received during work hours require a prompt response. At the start of the next business day, all emails received during off hours must receive immediate responses.
BCC mike@plaiddogrecording.com on all emails, and info@plaiddogrecording.com for matters related to Bryan (info@ goes to Mike and Bryan).
Archive read messages and keep your inbox tidy.

To help you manage your inbox efficiently, you will find commonly used templates in your Gmelius Chrome extension. Please modify templates as needed to craft a personal response.
Scheduling
Acuity
You'll be using Acuity for to schedule appointments for yourself, Mike and Bryan. You can find the login for this on LastPass.
Rescheduling
If artist does not answer the phone or respond to a text.
Call first, then try texting if they don’t answer.
If no response after a few minutes, send No Show snippet and BCC mike@plaiddogrecording.com, bump+reschedule@go.rebump.cc.
If band members are not all available for the call. There are exceptions to this at times, in which case, you'll be notified in advance of the call.
Reschedule with band while on phone, if possible.
If not, send Missing Members For Call sequence in Gmelius.
If artist reaches out to reschedule their call:
Cancel their original call in Acuity and remove from your calendar.
Respond with Artist Wants To Reschedule sequence.
